Bell Pepper and Carrot Stir Fry
This colorful and flavorful stir fry features bell peppers and carrots sautéed in a delicious sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Carrots - 3, julienned
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, water, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
