Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef broth and soy sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the carrots, mushrooms, and green onions to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles and spinach to the pot. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the noodles are heated through and the spinach is wilted.
  7. Divide the beef ramen into bowls. Top each bowl with a soft-boiled egg and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
