Ingredients - Serves 4
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Black bean sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Beef steak - 300 grams, thinly sliced
- Rice noodles - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color.
- Add the black bean sauce and stir well to coat the beef.
- Add the rice noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are heated through.
- Add the green onions and bean sprouts and stir-fry for another minute.
- Serve hot.
