Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the beef with the cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and water. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Soak the rice noodles in hot water until they become soft, then drain.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until it is fully cooked. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the rice noodles, remaining dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the bean sprouts and scallions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Return the beef to the wok and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
