Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
  3. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add the garlic, ginger, and scallions. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Return the beef to the wok and add the cooked rice noodles.
  7. Drizzle with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
