Beef and Snow Pea Stir Fry

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Snow peas - 2 cups, trimmed
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add snow peas and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and snow peas.
- Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and snow peas.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
