Beef and Scallions Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add the garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the scallions and stir fry for another minute.
  6. Return the beef to the wok and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and scallions.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
