BBQ Salami Melt
A delicious and easy to make sandwich with BBQ salami, melted cheese and crispy bread.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese - 4 slices
- Bread - 4 slices
- Bbq sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Salami - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Spread BBQ sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place salami on two of the slices. Top with cheese and then the remaining slices of bread, sauce-side down.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes per side.
