Grilled Salami and Provolone Sandwich

Let's Get Started

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On the other side of two slices, spread mustard to taste.
  3. Place a slice of provolone cheese on the mustard side of the bread, then top with two slices of salami, and another slice of cheese.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the skillet, cooking until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute.
  8. Slice in half and serve with pickles on the side.
