Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lime wedges - 4
- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Pork belly - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Shrimp - 8 pieces, peeled and deveined
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Rice paper - 8 sheets
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Brush each side of the rice paper sheets with cooking oil.
- Grill the rice paper sheets for about 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy and lightly browned.
