  1. In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, rolled oats, milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the surface.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
