Banana Caramel Cheesecake

- Banana slices - For garnish
- Whipped cream - For topping
- Caramel sauce - 1/2 cup
- Ripe bananas - 2, mashed
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese - 16 oz
- Butter - 1/3 cup, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
