Banana Cream Cheesecake
This creamy and delicious banana cream cheesecake is the perfect dessert for banana lovers.
Ingredients - Serves 8
- Banana slices - For garnish
- Whipped cream - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Bananas - 3 ripe, mashed
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese - 16 oz
- Butter - 1/4 cup, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mashed bananas and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cheesecake to set.
