  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Cut the Balmain bugs in half lengthwise and clean out the head cavity.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the Balmain bugs with the garlic butter, making sure to get some in the head cavity as well.
  6. Place the Balmain bugs on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Flip the Balmain bugs over and brush with more garlic butter. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  8. Serve the Balmain bugs with any remaining garlic butter on the side.
