- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onions - 4 large

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the onions and cut them in half from top to bottom.
- Lay the onions cut side up in a baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
