Bacon and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
These delicious stuffed mushrooms are filled with a savory mixture of bacon, spinach, and cheese.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
- Spinach - 1 cup, chopped
- Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Large mushrooms - 12
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sauté the spinach until wilted. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, sautéed spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the bacon and spinach mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
