Bacon and Onion Gravy
This savory bacon and onion gravy is perfect for drizzling over mashed potatoes or meat dishes.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Beef broth - 2 cups
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, finely chopped
- Bacon - 4 slices, chopped
Let's Get Started
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
