Bacon and Brie Grilled Cheese
This delicious grilled cheese sandwich is made with crispy bacon, creamy brie cheese, and toasted bread.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Bread - 4 slices
- Brie cheese - 4 ounces, sliced
- Bacon - 6 slices
Let's Get Started
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the brie cheese slices on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
- Top the brie cheese with the cooked bacon slices.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing up.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve warm.
