Bacon and Blue Cheese Burger

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ketchup - 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Red onion - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Blue cheese - 4 ounces, crumbled
- Bacon - 8 slices, cooked
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
