This creamy and flavorful avocado ramen is a delicious twist on traditional ramen noodles.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups
- Avocado - 1, ripe
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
