- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Grilled shrimp - 12 large, peeled and deveined
- Arugula - 4 cups
