Beef Ribs with Honey Mustard Glaze
Tender beef ribs glazed with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Beef ribs - 2 racks
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium heat. Add the ribs and sear on all sides.
- In a bowl, combine the honey, mustard, vinegar, and garlic to make the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the ribs.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 2.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F. Bake for another 15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
