Artichoke and Leek Frittata

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the leeks and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the artichoke hearts and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
