  3. Lay out the pork skin and arrange the seasoned pork slices on top. Roll up tightly and secure with cooking twine.
  4. Place the roll on a baking sheet and bake for about 2 hours, or until the pork is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  5. Let the pork roll rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with pebre or your favorite sauce.
