Apricot Delight
A delicious and refreshing dessert made with fresh apricots and cream.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Fresh apricots - 2 cups, pitted and chopped

- In a saucepan, combine the apricots, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the apricots are soft and the sugar is dissolved.
