Apricot Cobbler Fettuccine
This unique twist on a classic dessert combines the flavors of apricot cobbler with the comforting texture of fettuccine pasta.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Whipped cream - For serving
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Apricots - 4 cups, pitted and sliced
- Fettuccine pasta - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apricots, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well to coat the apricots.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cooked fettuccine pasta.
- Spread half of the apricot mixture over the pasta.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta and apricot mixture.
