Apricot Cobbler Fettuccine

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apricots, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well to coat the apricots.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cooked fettuccine pasta.
  5. Spread half of the apricot mixture over the pasta.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta and apricot mixture.
  7. Pour the melted butter over the top of the cobbler.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apricots are bubbling.
  9. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
