Tarta de Chocolate

- Whipped cream - For serving
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Eggs - 3
- Sugar - 100 grams
- Unsalted butter - 100 grams
- Dark chocolate - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a tart pan.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
- Add the flour, vanilla extract, and salt, and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
