Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, peas, salt, and pepper to the pan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the anelletti pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, meat sauce, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
