Almond Cookies
These delicious almond cookies are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Ingredients - Serves 24
- Sliced almonds - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Almond extract - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, softened
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Almond flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and almond extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
