- Eggs - 2
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Ground beef - 500 grams

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the almonds and cook until golden. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a blender, combine the toasted almonds, chicken broth, and white wine. Blend until smooth.
- Return the skillet to the heat and add the almond sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the meatballs back into the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
