- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried rosemary - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Baby potatoes - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Cut them in half and place them in a bowl.
