Air Fryer Banana Pancakes

- Fresh berries - For serving
- Maple syrup - For serving
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Ripe bananas - 2
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
