Let's Get Started

  1. Dissolve the Ai Yu Jelly powder in a little bit of cold water.
  2. Bring the liter of water to a boil in a pot.
  3. Once boiling, add the dissolved Ai Yu Jelly powder to the pot and stir well.
  4. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, place the pot in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until the jelly is set.
  6. Once the jelly is set, cut it into cubes or scoop it out with a melon baller.
  7. Serve the jelly in bowls, topped with the lemon juice and sugar to taste.
