- Lamb shoulder - 1.5 kg
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Rub the lamb shoulder with the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the lamb in a roasting pan and pour the white wine over it.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast in the oven for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove the foil and continue roasting for another hour, or until the lamb is tender and golden brown.
- Let the lamb rest for a few minutes before carving.
- Serve the lamb with its juices from the pan.
