Ingredients

  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Fresh basil leaves - 2 cups
  • Walnuts - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the walnuts, basil leaves, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Process until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
