Udon with Sesame Sauce

Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Green onions - 2, thinly sliced

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Udon noodles - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey to make the sesame sauce.
