Ingredients

  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Udon noodles - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic sauce mixture to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
