Tuna Burger Patty

These flavorful tuna burger patties are made with canned tuna, breadcrumbs, and spices.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Egg - 1
  • Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Canned tuna - 2 cans (5 ounces each), drained

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the tuna patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve the tuna burger patties on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
