Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
  • White cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • All - purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Macaroni pasta - 2 cups
  • Hot dog buns - 4
  • Hot dogs - 4

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux, then gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
