Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Potatoes - 2 pounds, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions
