This creamy and flavorful spinach and artichoke dip is perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
Salt and pepper - To taste
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Sour cream - 1/2 cup
Cream cheese - 8 oz, softened
Canned artichoke hearts - 14 oz, drained and chopped
Frozen spinach - 10 oz, thawed and drained
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the thawed and drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks.
