Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This creamy and flavorful spinach and artichoke dip is perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Sour cream - 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese - 8 oz, softened
  • Canned artichoke hearts - 14 oz, drained and chopped
  • Frozen spinach - 10 oz, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the thawed and drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks.
