Pea and Artichoke Dip

This creamy and flavorful dip combines sweet peas and tangy artichokes for a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Sour cream - 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese - 4 ounces
  • Canned artichoke hearts - 1 can, drained and chopped
  • Frozen peas - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen peas according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked peas, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
