Artichoke Dip

This creamy and cheesy artichoke dip is a perfect appetizer for any gathering. It's easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Sour cream - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 1 package (8 ounces), softened
  • Canned artichoke hearts - 1 can (14 ounces), drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with bread or crackers.
