This refreshing smoked trout salad is packed with flavors and textures. It combines smoked trout, mixed greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and a tangy lemon vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Mixed greens - 4 cups
  • Smoked trout - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
