Seafood Stir Fry

This delicious seafood stir fry is packed with fresh vegetables and a variety of seafood, all cooked in a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Carrots - 2, julienned
  • Broccoli florets - 2 cups
  • Bell peppers - 2, sliced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Squid - 1/2 pound, cleaned and sliced
  • Scallops - 1/2 pound
  • Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, scallops, and squid to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they are cooked through and opaque. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the wok and stir to coat.
  6. Return the cooked seafood to the wok and toss to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  10. Serve the seafood stir fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
