Sauteed Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  4. Drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and toss to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
