  • Green chili - 2, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1, finely chopped
  • Onion - 1, finely chopped
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - To taste
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to make a marinade.

  5. In the same pan, add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped tomato and green chili to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well with the onion and tomato mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
