Rosemary Grilled Shrimp Skewers

These rosemary grilled shrimp skewers are packed with flavor and perfect for summer grilling.

Ingredients

  • Wooden skewers - 8
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
