A delightful coffee beverage inspired by the flavors of Rome, featuring espresso, chocolate, and orange zest.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder - For dusting
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate - 1 ounce, finely chopped
  • Espresso - 1 shot

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until melted and well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest.
  5. Pour the espresso into a coffee mug.
  6. Pour the chocolate milk mixture over the espresso and stir well.
  7. Sweeten with sugar to taste.
  8. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
