Roasted Potatoes

These crispy and flavorful roasted potatoes make the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Potatoes - 1.5 lbs, cut into small cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
